Sometimes in life, we could all use an outside opinion, a non-judgmental view, a caring and professional outlook... that is what we found in Kristi. She helped not only to see things in a different perspective, but gave us day-to-day tools to use when situations became difficult.
We were truly blessed to have found her. We - both as a couple, and as individuals - would highly recommend Kristi Newhouse.

As a recently retired medical professional, I have been an advocate against unjust and substandard patient care/treatment my entire career. It is unfortunate that I have personally observed and experienced how rare it is to find a professional who genuinely, and continually demonstrates effort above and beyond the natural scope of duty. This is precisely what Ms. Newhouse provides for me. She has compassionately guided me through issues in my life, not only during our weekly sessions, but also on her own personal time - including while I was overwhelmed taking care of family business in Hawaii this past December 2015, nearly 5000 miles away. For nearly 2 years, she has been providing me with the tools, perspective, and strength that one would usually only expect from their own family. If that is not 'above and beyond', I'm not sure what is. Do you?
When I began coming to Kristi over one year ago for couples therapy with my husband, I was reluctant to really commit. I didn't want anyone to judge me, nor did I want someone to intimately know the flaws in my relationship. Within minutes of meeting Kristi, my fears and concerns were overshadowed by her ability to make my husband and I feel at ease and comfortable. Her ability to be funny, human, and overall genuinely caring made for a very successful relationship. We continue to utilize the skills she taught us and look forward to our sessions which are now just monthly.
